WELCOME TO THE PTi FITNESS CENTER.

Fitness fuels your health. It is a known fact that even modest regular exercise can improve overall health, improve cardiovascular conditioning, and can help increase and extend concentration levels. It gives you energy, confidence and self esteem and helps you reduce and manage your stress. Besides, working out is an excellent way to socialize and to develop friendships.

Our Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

Sport specific fitness is our specialty.For aspiring athletes and sportspersons the PTi Fitness Center is the place to be. Whatever sport you play, you can be sure that our trainers will give you the right guidance keeping in mind your personal fitness levels. You can be sure our Trainers and our program will help you optimize your performance in your sport.

Individual Strength Stations
Outdoor Walking and Running Field
Treadmills
Elliptical Trainers
Steppers, Stair Climbers
Change rooms
Steam rooms
Group classes for Aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga etc etc.

   

    Our Trainers will provide a wide range of services, including:
     ▼ Supervision on the various equipment
     ▼ Instructions on the proper techniques to maximize your workout
     ▼ Personal tracking of workout levels and workout diary
     ▼ Personal support and encouragement

     TIMINGS
    Monday - Saturday 6.00 am – 7.30 pm. Sunday 6.00 am - 4.00 pm.

     Tuesday is the Weekly Holiday.

     Exclusive timings for ladies 10.30 am – 12.30 pm.
